Waqqitha SmartThis policy explains how the Waqqitha Smart app («وقّتها بذكاء», package com.raddzaki.waqqitha) and this website handle your data. In short: your data stays on your phone, and we only collect the minimum needed for sign-in, subscriptions and updates.

1. Data that stays on your phone only
- Your schedules, scheduled messages, reminders and their text.
- The phone numbers and names you type or choose for each schedule.
- Auto-reply settings (keywords and replies) and templates.
- The send and reply log.
This data is stored inside the app on your device. We do not upload it to any server and we cannot see it. Uninstalling the app deletes it. (The one exception: “Smart reply suggestion” sends the text of the message you pick at the moment you tap the button, without storing it — details below.)
2. Permissions and why we need them

3. Account and subscription
Accounts use email only. We use your email to sign you in and to attach your Pro subscription to your account, so it isn't lost if you change phones.
What our server keeps
- Your email and your account's sign-in data.
- Subscription data: plan, duration and the activation keys linked to your account.
- An anonymous device ID (a random number the app creates; it does not identify you) and the app version, for update and install statistics.
We do not keep your messages, schedules or contacts on the server.
“Smart reply suggestion”
When you tap “Suggest reply” on a message, the app sends only that message's text (plus any context you type yourself) to our server, where an AI model running on our Cloudflare account (Workers AI) returns 3 suggested replies. We do not store or log the message or the replies; we only keep a count of your daily uses (for the free limit). Nothing is sent unless you tap the button.
“Earn by promoting” program
If you join as a promoter (optional), we keep your name, phone number, country and the payout details you enter (account number and holder name) only to calculate and pay your earnings, and we show you and the app owner how many people signed up with your code. We don't show your details to anyone else.
4. Payments
Payment is manual, by bank transfer or Kuraimi, arranged through our official Telegram bot @waqqitha_smart_bot. We never receive or store card data. We keep the transfer receipt and your Telegram ID only as long as needed to confirm the payment and support you. Your use of Telegram is subject to Telegram's privacy policy.
5. What we never do
- No ads in the app and no advertising trackers.
- We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.
- The app sends nothing from your phone except what you scheduled or the reply rules you turned on.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep account and subscription data while the account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and all its server data by emailing contact@raddzaki.com from your registered email; we do it within 30 days at most. Data on your phone is yours to delete by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.
7. Security
Connections to our server are encrypted (HTTPS), and subscription keys are digitally signed and verified by the app.
8. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we update the date above and publish the new version here; for material changes we also notify you in the app.
