1. You are responsible for your messages
You alone are responsible for the content of the messages you schedule, send, or that the app sends as auto-replies on your behalf, for the numbers you send to, and for any SMS charges on your plan.
2. No spam
Do not use the app to send unsolicited bulk messages, advertising to people who have not agreed to it, or any abusive, fraudulent or unlawful content. Follow WhatsApp's and your carrier's policies. We may suspend a subscription that is abused.
3. Subscription and payment
- Pro is 7 SAR ($1.99) per month or 49 SAR ($12.99) per year, paid by bank transfer or Kuraimi through our Telegram bot.
- Pro is activated once the payment is confirmed and is attached to your account email.
- Refunds are handled case by case: email contact@raddzaki.com and we will be fair.
- When Pro ends, your data is not deleted; the app returns to the free limits.
4. Keys are personal
Your activation key and account are for you alone. Do not sell, share or publish them; a key that is misused may be revoked.
5. Limits of the service
We work hard to make the app accurate, but delivery depends on your device, its system, your carrier and the WhatsApp app, and some phones delay schedules to save battery. The app is provided "as is", and we are not liable for losses caused by a message that is late or not sent.
6. Updates and changes
We may update the app or these terms and will publish the new version here. Continuing to use the app means you accept them.
